Kobe Bryant is currently on pace to pass former teammate Shaquille O’Neal for third place on the all-time NBA playoff scoring list.
Bryant is only two points behind Shaq. Additionally, Kobe, who has an active streak of 157 playoff games with 10 points or more, is likely to move up to 3rd tonight in Dallas for game 3 of the Western Conference semi-finals. The Lakers currently trail the Mavs in the series 0-2.
Here is the current NBA all-time playoff scoring list:
1 Michael Jordan 5,987
2 Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 5,762
3 Shaquille O’Neal 5,248
4 Kobe Bryant 5,246

I like Kobe’s comment on making history. This is the time to do historic thing and make history by Lakers coming from 3 – 0 down to qualify for the western conference final against Dallas.
They can do it, they just need to come stronger in the 4th quarter.
