News / Games / Lakers lose to the Heat in overtime 114-111

The Lakers lost to the Miami Heat 114-111, Thursday at the American Airlines Arena.

Bryant ended the night with scoring 39 points, but that wasn’t enough to get a win in Maimi.

“We’re so used to winning games at the end that we kind of coast and coast and coast,” Bryant said. “We’ve got to pick it up.”

Gasol had 10 points on four-for-11 shooting and as per Jackson’s decision, wasn’t on the court to start overtime.

“[Bryant] carried us for a number of minutes,” Jackson said. “I questioned why we went away from when he was hot like that.”

Even with this win, Miami is going to stay in the No. 8 spot.

I really think the lakers Team need to step up their Game big time….Cause Kobe can`t do if every night….and when he can`t that`s when they should be able to step in and fill that GAP….

Ron Artest so far to me is the worst TRADE…..
