Lakers lose in Dallas 101-96

Last night in Dallas was not all a lose, Kobe Bryant scored 20 points and moved into 13th place on the career scoring list. Bryant, who passed Reggie Miller, has 25,298 points. The Lakers certainly weren't their usual selves with losing to the Mavericks, 101-96, Wednesday in Dallas. The Lakers have rocked Dallas (43-15) in recent seasons, and have won eight of its last nine games to them. "They wanted to come in here tonight and end that, put a stop to that," Bryant said. "They played with a lot of energy, played with a lot of hunger and came up with the win." Gasol finished up the game with 11 points and six rebounds. "I expect a lot of tough games coming up," Pau Gasol said. "Hopefully we'll be able to resolve them better than we did tonight and not as hard as we did [Tuesday].
